Welcome to The Pit Stall, the official blog of Nascar Pools Online!
I’m Rick and I’m a fantasy sports-aholic. Since they don’t have 12 step programs for that (that I know of), I’ve created The Pit Stall to discuss all things fantasy NASCAR. I’m pretty new to the NASCAR scene, having just started watching races and taking an interest about 2 years ago (late 2006). I’m no ‘insider’ by any means, just a fan who wants to do well and take my friends’ money in our fantasy NASCAR leagues.
This thing will be a work in progress, and I’ll hopefully add a couple other contributers over time. We’ll discuss news and results in the Sprint Cup series, with a fantasy focus. We’ll share our picks for each race, and unlike most ‘experts’ we’ll take a look back and see how we did, and possibly a little gloating or ranting. In each fantasy league we’re in, we’ll keep readers up to date on where we stand, and we’ll hopefully get to congratulate alot of you on winning your pools.
On top of all the fantasy leagues stuff, we also plan on keeping the users of Nascar Pools Online up to date with what’s going on with the site, planned changes/upgrades, and asking for ideas for improving the service as it is. We’re not some big media/internet conglomerate, so you’ll pretty much always get a response from us. If you ever have a question/comment/concern, give us a shout through the Contact page.
